We look at the code, the architecture, the development flow, and where people actually get stuck. Fixing technology without seeing the organisation does not hold.

We rank issues by business impact and by the effort to fix them, and name the ones to address now rather than trying to fix everything.

Design the architecture and the plan
We design both the target architecture and the intermediate states that lead to it. Plans that require stopping the business to rebuild are, as a rule, not on the table.

Support decisions and process
We take part in design review, technology selection, and hiring criteria, and stay until the decisions are actually running.
