How Rainpulse works
We derive technical requirements from business problems
We do not start from technology. We start from what is actually going wrong in the business, and derive requirements backwards from there.
The technical lead makes the key decisions directly
The principal design and implementation decisions are made by the technical lead, without a sales layer in between — nothing degrades in relay.
We go past the proposal into implementation and operation
Rather than handing the proposal to another firm, the same team implements and operates it. We stay accountable for the design we wrote.

From first conversation to engagement
First conversation
We hear where things stand and what is going wrong. It does not need to be organised yet.
Assessment
We review the systems, the team, and the constraints, and determine what we can and cannot help with.
Proposal
We present scope, approach, duration, and how cost is structured.
Contract and NDA
We agree the contract form and sign an NDA where required.
Investigation and design
Before implementation, we measure the actual system and turn the findings into a design.
Implementation and review
We implement while sharing status and decisions at an agreed cadence.
Cutover and improvement
We hand over to operations and set up how improvement continues afterwards.

The technical lead works on it directly
A two-person company: the representative partner holds technical responsibility, while the operating member handles engagement delivery and administration.

Frequently asked questions
Can we talk to you before our requirements are settled?
Yes — that is the stage we expect. Deciding what should be built is part of the engagement.
Can you handle system development as well as AI adoption?
Yes. AI adoption, CTO advisory, and product development are not separate products — we combine them to fit the stage you are at.
Can you join our existing engineering team?
Yes. We can work inside your existing team, taking part in design review and implementation.
Do you take on small technical questions?
We do. One-off technical decisions, or a second opinion on an estimate, are both fine.
Can you sign an NDA?
Yes, using either your template or ours.
Do external partners ever join a project?
On larger engagements, external development partners may take part. Even then, responsibility for design and technical decisions stays with us.
It is fine to talk to us at the concept stage.
Before it is decided what should be built, we help work through the problem and the options together.
