What we do with the information clients entrust to us. We hold no certifications at this time, and describe only what we actually practise.

What we hold
We hold only the information the engagement requires, and delete it after the period agreed in the contract.

Access control
Access to client systems is limited to the assigned members, and credentials provided to us are never shared with third parties.

Use of AI services
Where client information would be sent to an external AI service, we state the scope and destination and obtain consent first, on the basis that training use is disabled.

Subcontracting
Where an external development partner takes part, we notify you in advance and impose equivalent confidentiality obligations.
